Hello, my name is Fatih Guler. I am petroleum engineer, live in Ankara, Turkey. After 25+ years in the oil and gas industry (state and private) as an engineer, I have gained a huge experience specially in drilling and production operations.

I have prepared this personal website to share my knowledge and experience voluntarily with young engineers and university students. I will also post my works, papers and presentations on this website. 

If you have any question and/or need any information which I have and know please drop me a note. I will try to reply asap. 

In addition to petroleum engineering subjects which will cover 80% of the website in English, I will also have a separate section for sharing my travel and living experiences in Turkish, especially local foods as a part of life. That is the result of travelling a lot because of the nature of working as a petroleum engineer in different places.
